on video games over their homework or preparing for tests.

This is against the Computer Misuse Act 1990 which offences under the act of hacking and spreading malicious and damaging software.The ethical con of computer IT is that although peoples beliefs might reach people who agree to some extent it may reach extremists that take things to levels higher than the organiser ever wanted them to.
